This interpretation centre, which is located in the basement of the Sacré-Coeur Church, presents the history of the Port-Cartier area. The founders themselves will tell you about the life as it was when the region was founded. The exhibition “Au-delà d'un rêve” (Beyond Dreams) shows the importance of this area in the development of the North shore throughout the centuries.
