The inhabitants of Tête-à-la-Baleine made the Providence Island their summer village. The inhabitants built this chapel in 1895, which made it the oldest in the area. Every Saturday during the warm season, visitors can go on a guided tour of the chapel and learn more about the history of this beautiful island. The Old presbytery was transformed into an inn that serves typical regional cuisine.
